Both BCS editions, Projektron BCS and BCS.start, have the same range of services as on-premise as a software-as-a-service variant: professional tools for your projects from preparation to planning, implementation and evaluation to billing. The company-wide functions for work organization, time recording and customer management (CRM) are also available.

As software-as-a-service, Projektron BCS can be used quickly, a large download or a lengthy installation are not necessary. In our two-hour admin webinar, users get an overview of administrative functions in the software interface, so a two-day training course for administration is also obsolete.

If you switch from the cloud to the purchase option, existing data can be migrated with little effort and the professional help of our support team.

Data protection and security: how to manage project data securely in the cloud

Our certified information security management system (ISMS) ensures that your data is protected at all times. Projektron is certified according to ISO/IEC 27001:2013 by TÜV Rheinland. This certification covers, among other things, the operation of our IT services, support and IT administration. Regular reviews and adjustments guarantee compliance with current security standards.

Our cloud hosting is done exclusively in German data centers that meet high security standards, namely in the Berlin 1 Datacenter, the third-largest location of NTT Global Data Centers (formerly e-shelter). Here, too, experts ensure compliance with current security standards. Access to Projektron BCS in the cloud is via encrypted connections to protect your sensitive data. We also offer regular backups and comprehensive access controls to ensure maximum availability and data security.
