Projektron BCS 19.1
In the new version 19.1 of the Projektron BCS project management software, you can keep an eye on your costs over time and directly compare them with the planned values. In addition, you can easily prepare your employees for the future using the scheduling feature – for entire weeks at a time. And: You can even send messages to other users directly in BCS!
Extended scheduling
Schedule appointments on a weekly basis and maintain an overview
When scheduling, you can see an overview of which appointments your employees are participating in. If you wish to roughly schedule appointments far in advance, the view can now be switched to weekly intervals. Appointments are then also directly scheduled for the entire week. In addition, it is now possible to specify the minimum number of appointments from which a conflict of appointments is to be displayed. Alongside tasks, you can now also drag and drop entire projects from the navigator to the scheduling and create appointments with this reference. Furthermore, as the colors of the appointment type are used in scheduling by default, you now also have the option of displaying the colors by project category or project.

New cost development
View costs over time
You can now view the planned and actual values for your costs over time using a clear diagram. This diagram includes the cost baseline, that is the costs incurred during each period, and the cost totals, i.e. the accumulated costs up to this point in time. These actual values are also compared with the planned values, enabling easy analysis. As always, you can adjust the time period for which you wish to view the cost development. There are also various diagrams for total costs, personnel costs and material costs. The diagram can also be used for projects without time reference, in which case the planned values are distributed evenly across the working days.

Automatic calculation of Sprint key figures
For simple planning
Scrum is now even easier. As Scrum Master, you no longer need to define the Sprint key figures manually from version 19.1 of the Projektron BCS project management software. The Sprint Key Figures view displays an overview of the most important values, including the Sprint capacity, planned values for the team and the free capacity of the team directly on a Sprint task. These values are calculated on the basis of specified planned values or the resource load. Values can be applied for planning with a click of the mouse. It is still possible to make changes manually, such as adjustments to the Sprint capacity.

Sending internal messages
Fast communication
It is possible to send simple messages to other users with version 19.1 of the Projektron BCS project management software. The message can be sent to one or multiple recipients – if desired with a context reference, for example a ticket. You can therefore send a direct message to your project team from the ticket, making the reference immediately visible. Unread messages are displayed in the navigation bar in the form of a number icon, or the sender can determine that the message is displayed immediately in a small pop-up window. In the settings, every user can choose whether they wish to receive such messages or not. All user messages can be managed or deleted in a single clear view.

Improved display of diagrams
Perfect for every area
The display of diagrams has been fundamentally revised and improved in the new version 19.1 of the project management software Projektron BCS. For example, the colors and legibility in the burndown chart have been optimized. The size of the diagram now automatically adapts to the space available on the board. Moreover, diagrams can be downloaded and saved with ease.
