Lotus Notes interface
The interface of Projektron BCS with Lotus Notes/Domino allows for the integration of project deadlines into the daily management of appointments. Appointments are taken over from Lotus Notes/Domino and then taken into consideration in the utilisation of resources of Projektron BCS. They are also shown in time registration in order to support the employees in booking their expenses.
SyncAdapter for Microsoft Exchange
The Projektron BCS ExchangeSyncAdapter allows for the bidirectional synchronisation of calendar dates, reminders (as tasks in Microsoft Exchange) and notes between Projektron BCS and Microsoft Exchange. Once synchronisation is performed, the data are immediatleyh transmitted to the specific other system involved. Attributes which are not available in both systems remain unaffected. It is also possible to take over contact data from Projektron BCS and to transmit them to a public file on the Microsoft Exchange Server.

Support of Single Sign-on (SSO)
The support of Single Sign-on (SSO) facilitates quick logging into Projektron BCS. Only one authentication is necessary to be able to access different systems.
