From the detailed recording of job applications all the way to hiring: Projektron BCS 7.24 makes it possible for personnel management to record submitted applications with all the relevant information quickly, thus helping the team to select the suitable candidate. In this, it is possible to manage job applications on any person type.

Use statuses to access the current status of the job application, which also includes options for the further procedure – Projektron BCS guides you safely through the entire job application process.

Comparing applicants is particularly easy thanks to an applicant overview in tabular form. This is because, as can be expected from Projektron BCS, the information that is relevant for you can be compiled and filtered individually.

And if you want to get to know an applicant personally, you can arrange a meeting in just a few clicks. Thanks to the new appointment category, invited employees can see at a glance in their calendars that a job interview has been scheduled for them.

Regardless of whether it is a personnel manager, department head or employee: everyone involved in the application process can store their personal rating, and thereby support the well-founded applicant selection.

For international teams

The time zone support in Projektron BCS 7.24 makes it easy to coordinate appointments in international teams.

Projektron BCS displays all appointments in the appointment calendar in accordance with the time zone applicable to the user logged in. Projektron BCS converts appointments with colleagues in other time zones to one's own local time zone.

Example: A conference call with British colleagues is scheduled for 1:00 pm (CET +1). Your colleague in Great Britain sees the same appointment in his time zone 12:00 noon (CET).

You can easily customize the time zone in Projektron BCS when on an international business trip. This allows you to see your appointments as they correspond to your local time of day. Particularly useful when changing locations frequently: if the selected time zone varies from your local time zone, Projektron BCS notes the new time zone in the appointment right next to the time of day.

Flexible deputizing

Be it illness, leave or a business trip: a deputy is required when an employee is not in the office. The new deputy appointments in Projektron BCS 7.24 ensure that the deputy temporarily (for a defined period of time) has the required Projektron BCS permissions to take on work assignments.

At the beginning of the deputy appointment, the deputy receives access to the absent employee's personal overview as well as the required write permissions for the employee's tasks, appointments, tickets, checklists and workflows. The permissions expire at the end of the deputy appointment.

The deputy appointment in the appointment calendar as well as the temporarily customized employee icon for the absent employee or the employee for which a deputy has been named, makes it immediately clear to everyone that a deputy is currently replacing an employee. Using the tooltip on the employee icon makes it possible to quickly determine who is serving as a deputy.
