Projektron BCS 7.30
The new version 7.30 of the project management software Projektron BCS provides project teams and their customers with even greater transparency. Via flexible service hours and reaction times on tickets you can see exactly when support is available and how quickly to respond to tickets. Also, users are informed about incoming calls and upcoming appointments by means of a notification.
Flexible service and reaction time on tickets
Providing as much transparency as possible
As a business you want to provide your customers with a certain level of service quality. Projektron BCS supports you in doing so. The service quality aspects that apply here are: At what times can you reach the customer support? How long does it take for them to respond to queries? How are tasks processed with regard to their deadlines?
The new version 7.30 of Projektron BCS helps you determine the service hours, reaction times and early warning stages up to the task level in detail. You can define the time period in which your support can be reached as service hours according to type of ticket, priority and day of the week. If you provide premium support for your top customers, you can set this too.
Early warning stages help you stick to your reaction times. Should pressing requests be replied to within 8 hours? Set an early warning stage, if the deadline is only hours away.
You can use the mailing list to specify who is to be informed at this point. Either you name a specific person or, in addition to that, you send a message to the project manager or ticket processor in charge.
What stage of escalation your tickets are currently on can be seen at a glance; this way you and your team members can see what tickets require more attention than others.

Pop-up notifications for calls and appointments
Keeping an eye on incoming calls and upcoming appointments
If you are logged in to the new version Projektron BCS 7.30, notifications inform you about calls or appointments regardless of whether you are working in BCS or in another program at the time.
If the caller is in the contact database of your Projektron BCS system, a picture, name, phone number and department or organization will be displayed. Through the pop-up notifications you can access the contact history directly and are able to document the phone call as usual. At the same time you are reminded of your appointments by calender notifications, making sure you are informed about upcoming meetings even quicker.
The following browsers support the pop-up notifications in Projektron BCS 7.30:
- Mozilla Firefox
- Google Chrome
- Apple Safari
- Microsoft Internet Explorer (via Plug-in)

Undo actions
Back to original state with one click
Actions such as change properties in various objects simultaneously or move objects via drag & drop can now be undone with a single click. You can undo changes and reset it to its previous state via a link in the success message. Here the objects in question are saved again with the previous properties and any actions – even the undoing – can be kept track of.

Mark notes as "confidential"
Protect sensitive information in the contact history
Entries in the contact history can be marked “confidential” in Projektron BCS 7.30, making sure that only specific individuals can see the entries. This way you protect company secrets and confidential agreements made with employees and customers from unauthorized access.

Identifying differences in texts
Tracking changes immediately
When requirements change and descriptions are customized, it is not always obvious, what has actually been done. Projektron BCS 7.30 helps you to keep track of changes right away. You will be able to see what text passages were either newly added, customized or deleted even during the text input phase or in the log. Identifying differences in texts for User Storys and ticket descriptions is particularly helpful.

New project plan combines work breakdown structure, effort plan and schedule
Project planning at a glance
