Projektron GmbH honored as "Best employer in the area of family friendliness"

On November 13, 2020, Handelsblatt published the results of this commitment in a ranking entitled "These companies focus on family friendliness". Projektron GmbH scored an impressive 93.3 out of a possible 100 points, making it one of the 51 leading companies in this area.

The assessment was based on various criteria, including family-friendly working hours, flexible training opportunities during parental leave, support for returning to work after raising children and financial subsidies for child or elderly care.

Projektron GmbH is proud to have achieved outstanding results in this competition and emphasizes the strategic importance of family friendliness in the corporate context.

The aim of the study was to recognize companies in four size categories for their outstanding achievements in terms of family friendliness. Over 2,000 companies took part in the survey, in which analysts asked about the type, number and success of various family-friendly measures. The evaluation was based on scores between zero and 100.
