Projektron GmbH receives top marks in the stern study “Germany's Companies with a Future” 2024
Berlin, September 3, 2024 – Projektron GmbH was awarded the highest possible rating of five stars in the “Germany's Companies with a Future 2024” study in the current issue 36/24 of the magazine stern.
This renowned study, designed by the stern editorial team in collaboration with the personnel marketing agency Embrace and an expert advisory board, highlights Projektron as an outstanding employer.
Determining the companies
The study did not focus on the companies' products or services, but rather on the design of the working environment and future viability as an employer. A total of 243 companies took part in the study, in which around 90 questions were answered online. The evaluation covered five key areas:
- Mobile working
- Design of working hours
- Structural organization
- Empowerment of employees
- Digitization & innovation
Top rating
Projektron excelled in all areas and achieved the highest possible rating of five stars in the overall evaluation. This award confirms the successful strategy of creating a positive and supportive work environment where employees can finish their work with a smile.
