TOTAL E-QUALITY: Projektron receives additional award for the fourth time
Projektron GmbH has received the renowned TOTAL E-QUALITY award for the fourth time in a row – again with the addition Diversity. This award confirms the company's continuous commitment to equal opportunities, diversity and an appreciative corporate culture. The award is valid for three years and is given to companies that promote and establish equality in the workplace in the long term through targeted measures.

The jury of TOTAL E-QUALITY Deutschland e. V. particularly emphasizes that Projektron, as a relatively small company, implements an extraordinary variety of measures – with above-average results. A look at the figures shows the success of this strategy:
- 44% of employees are women, an exceptionally high percentage in the IT industry.
- Around half of the department head positions are filled by women.
- Part-time management is common practice – a rarity in many companies.

TOTAL E-QUALITY – an important award for companies with a role model character
This year, the TOTAL E-QUALITY award is being given to 33 organizations from the scientific community and 27 organizations from business and administration. It honors companies that ensure a gender-equal, equal-opportunities, and diversity-friendly work environment through sustainable measures and structures.
The official award ceremony will take place digitally on October 26, where the award-winning companies will be honored for their commitment. Projektron sees this renewed award as both confirmation and an incentive to continuously develop its human resources strategy and break new innovative ground in equality policy.
