After a project-oriented software introduction phase, the IT consulting company Be Shaping The Future - Performance, Transformation, Digital GmbH has been using Projektron BCS for the project management of its diverse consulting projects, service projects, development projects, IT projects and organizational projects since 2023. The main areas of application are delivery management (order processing), order controlling, invoicing and time recording, which are used by around 330 users on a daily basis.

This is particularly relevant for us, as employees work together across different locations thanks to the flexible working options we offer. Our self-developed solution for employee time recording and client payroll was no longer able to keep pace with this growth - and more and more manually maintained MS Excel sheets were needed to cope with the increased requirements. Our original approach was to replace the functionalities of the old system with Projektron BCS. Very early on, we realized that we could do much more with Projektron BCS and are now doing so.
