Projektron BCS, supports DFB GmbH & Co. KG in realising the future visions of the German Football Association (DFB). Since the introduction of BCS in 2004, DFB GmbH & Co. KG has been working more efficiently and in a more structured way, which ultimately leads to an increase in fun for active footballers and an improved service for fans.

Profile
DFB GmbH & Co. KG is an IT service provider for the German Football Association and its subsidiaries as well as regional associations and umbrella organisations. It manages the IT infrastructure of the DFB Campus and also offers external services for regional associations.
The IT & Digital pillar is responsible for internal IT infrastructure as well as the development and operation of software such as DFBnet and Fußball.de. The media platforms Fußball.de and DFB.de are used to publish news and results and generate revenue from sponsors. The DFBnet database records match results for amateur football and supports the promotion of young talent. There is also an electronic match report for national and regional leagues that can be created online.
The business model is based on parity, with regional associations and clubs paying for services and receiving a portion of the money back if data is transmitted quickly.
