The Institute for Rehabilitation Medicine Research at the University of Ulm, based in Bad Buchau, is a research institute financed by private donors and third-party funds. For the main donor, the German pension insurance DRV Baden-Württemberg, it designs rehabilitation systems by examining the benefit catalogues, developing calculation models and working out new concepts.
