Profile
Orior AG, based in Zurich, Switzerland, is a listed food and beverage group specialising in fresh convenience food, meat processing and organic vegetable and fruit juices. ORIOR has several brands in its portfolio.
Some of them are consumer brands, others are primarily known in the food service sector. In addition, ORIOR also manufactures products for its customers' private labels and own brands. The company produces charcuterie specialities, fresh pasta, pâtés and terrines, poultry and pork products, vegetarian and vegan products as well as organic vegetable and fruit juices for the retail and food service sectors in Switzerland and neighbouring countries.
The company traces its roots back to the Manufacture de cigares Ormond & Cie, founded by Louis Ormond in Vevey in 1852. Today, the company has around 2,300 employees and annual sales of CHF 596 million (2019).
