Profile
Sikom Software GmbH was founded in 1998 by Jürgen H. Hoffmeister and Frank Heintz; Natascha Hoffmeister is the second generation of the family to manage the company. In addition to the headquarters in Heidelberg, development is based in Zwickau and sales and project management are distributed throughout Germany. The company employs around 60 people.
Sikom offers various software solutions: The omnichannel routing engine AgentOne, for example, optimises the distribution of contacts - calls, chats, emails, documents, tasks and much more are delivered to the right employee in real time.
