Basic Training Project management

The two-day training provides a good introduction to project management with Projektron BCS as well as time for questions and several exercises.

We will provide lunch and refreshments during the training.

Target group:

Project supervisors or project managers, program managers as well as department heads who plan, process and assess projects. This training is especially recommended to beginning Projektron BCS users seeking to gain an overview of our project management software.

Prior knowledge:

Knowledge in project management is an advantage since the training does not include a general introduction to project management methods.
