Remote Basic Training Project management

This two-day online training course provides an insight into working with Projektron BCS, focusing on project planning, management and evaluation. In addition, participants will learn about personal work organisation and time recording.

This online training course is divided into six blocks. Application questions of the participants are clarified in discussions. Training materials are provided online.

Target group:

Project supervisors or project managers, program managers as well as department heads who plan, process and assess projects.

Prior knowledge:

Knowledge in project management is an advantage since the training does not include a general introduction to project management methods.

  2. Project planning I - Project structuring
  3. Project planning II - Resource & Cost Planning
  4. Project planning III - Detailed planning
  5. Project work from an employee perspective & "My area".
  6. Answering the questions from project evaluations & management
