Project Management Advanced (1 day)
This one-day training course offers an in-depth insight into planning, managing and controlling your projects with Projektron BCS. The training assumes knowledge of the basic training "Project management with Projektron BCS" and highlights detailed functions for advanced users.
Participants learn how to use the software independently in exercises. Participants' application questions are clarified in discussions. Training materials will be provided.
Target group
Division and project managers who already have experience in planning and controlling projects with Projektron BCS.

The training is offered in both German and English.
Previous knowledge
The course assumes knowledge from the basic training course Project Management.
