We introduced Projektron BCS for project planning and time recording in our company at the beginning of 2012. We use the project management software to plan our resources in the area of development and for multi-project management.

Since its foundation in 1988, the company has grown to over 30 employees and has worked on numerous projects for small, medium-sized and well-known large clients. Multi-project management with Projektron BCS
We typically work on many development projects at the same time. We plan the work packages for the individual tasks with the exact number of employees and thus obtain an overview of the current capacity utilisation situation.
If there are delays in work processes, we immediately recognise the impact on other projects and can take countermeasures in project management. This enables us to complete projects on time despite the interlinked work for different customers. The different views in BCS enable project managers and employees to gain an overview of the work to be done.
Before using BCS, we had separate time recording and planning tools, which meant that a target/actual comparison was not possible. The overview of planned and actual expenditure in BCS allows us to quickly analyse project costs and enables early recognition and countermeasures.
