About our company

Since 1990, we have been developing customised software for policy management and benefit accounting, primarily for the private health insurance sector. This includes components such as statistics, commission as well as collection and disbursement. We also deal with the redesign and reorganisation of entire administrative systems, from medical auditing to supporting new approaches to care management.

The standardisation and automation of insurance companies' core business processes are among the core topics of our business today.

In recent years, our product range has been increasingly represented on the European market: With the innovas insurance suite, for example, we have developed standard software for the private health insurance market that serves both small and medium-sized insurance companies as a fully-fledged solution for mapping their core business transactions. We offer components for auditing as well as for morbidity and risk management.

We have maintained a good relationship with Projektron since 2002. The cooperation is extremely dialogue-oriented and our suggestions are gladly accepted - from software company to software company, it is pleasant when both partners are thinking in the same direction.

Web capability and flexible export functionality

The decisive factor in favour of using project management software was that our self-developed time recording system no longer met our requirements.

After an in-depth market analysis at the beginning of 2001, we believed that Projektron BCS would support us best. This assessment has been fully confirmed.

It is very convenient that the software is web-based. Many of our 180 employees are involved in projects and are sometimes absent for days and weeks at a time. The employees can maintain the company calendar and book their working hours directly from the customer to the specific project tasks.

Thanks to the export function included in Projektron BCS, we can make data available to our clients for their project controlling - for example in the form of Excel files.

Projektron BCS offers good handling

We place high quality demands on a dialogue application. Clear masks and user-friendly dialogue guidance make working with the BCS system convenient.

We also like Projektron BCS from a technical perspective. The overall architecture of the system is very successful. We already liked the modular, object-orientated structure of the version we used in 2002.

Today, it is above all the good handling that makes it very easy to administer Projektron BCS and adapt it to our own requirements. Customised profiles and layouts can be created quickly using the Web-Config-Editor and changes can be made easily down to the last detail.

Over the years, the ability to define customised settings has been significantly improved. Today, every employee can configure the appropriate navigation steps and views for their needs, e.g. through filter settings.

The ticket system, which Projektron uses to organise support for BCS, offers convenient ticket management. We like it so much that our own administration has adopted the ticket system for internal orders and enquiries.

The bottom line for us is that Projektron BCS is a very robust, mature system with no quirks or teething troubles, and we are completely satisfied with it. We have not regretted our decision to use it.
